Welcome to garageflo, a platform operated as a DBA/fictitious name under LVD SOFTWARE GROUP LLC. By accessing or using garageflo, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of garageflo immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using garageflo, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You acknowledge that your use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services Provided
garageflo integrates with the following platforms to enhance its functionality:
- Parts Tech: For parts ordering, service times, and vehicle data.
- QuickBooks: For invoice creation, data import, payments, and invoice synchronization.
- Hurdlr: For embedded accounting features.
- Meta: For posting on Instagram and Facebook and analyzing associated metrics.
- TikTok: For posting content and gathering analytics.
- Stripe: For payment processing and customer importing.
3. Data Usage
garageflo securely manages all data through AWS, following industry-standard security protocols. Only a login token is stored on users' devices to maintain active sessions. garageflo does not sell or exploit user data for profit; all collected data is used exclusively to improve the platform and its integrations.
4. Subscription and Pricing
- The pricing for garageflo is dynamic and subject to change at any time. Your subscription rate will adjust accordingly unless otherwise specified in your onboarding contract.
- garageflo reserves the right to charge an additional 1% per transaction processed through the platform. Certain clients may be exempt from this fee if outlined in their contracts.
5. Termination of Access
garageflo reserves the right to revoke a subscription or access to the platform for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Data sharing.
- Account sharing.
- Late or non-payment.
- Lack of communication.
- Failure to adhere to workplace standards or ineligibility as a suitable garageflo shop.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While garageflo strives to ensure seamless integrations and functionality, it is not responsible for:
- Losses caused by third-party integrations.
- Misuse of the platform by users.
- Downtime or interruptions due to external platforms or services.
7. Modifications
garageflo may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
